Sarah Beach, Moderator Scribbler of Dixonverse, posted a rebuke to Rick Olney this morning on the message boards, warning him that the board will not indefinately tolerate Ricks inflamatory posting there.
We have done you the courtesy of not banning you from posting to this board. This has been extended to you because it is our overall policy to be as accessible to all readers as possible. However, we are not possessed of unlimited patience. Your abuse of our regular posters is not appreciated in any fashion.
Following up our previous item here, the tides are changing at Dixonverse in hopes to see an end to the abuse of Chuck Dixon's gracious policy of maintaining an open forum, allowing friends and aggressors alike to post there, as long as they remain civil and courteous. "Love thine enemies" is certainly a refreshing and sought after attitude which has been well applied by Chuck and Sarah.
However, to truly love someone who declares themselves an enemy also necessitates a certain measure of judgement in order to help them see the folly of their ways.
Here's hoping that Rick Olney will begin considering the problematic situation he's placed himself in, and takes a course of making amends for his mischief.
